Dental Health Week 2017 – Oral Health for Busy Lives

This year, the Australian Dental Association has chosen the theme for Dental Health Week to be ‘Oral Health For Busy Lives’.

Dental Health Week acts as a reminder to Australians about the importance of oral health and how they can easily incorporate healthy habits into their daily life, without feeling overwhelmed.

Did you know…

Our aim is to help you appreciate that, no matter how busy you are or where you are in life, it is possible to fit caring for your teeth and gums into an already-overcrowded diary.

Throughout the course of Dental Health Week, you will be encouraged to take the time to brush and floss properly – we have some great tips coming up if you’re not entirely certain what that entails – and to make booking time with your dentist as great a priority as booking your car in for a service or seeing your hairdresser.

Here are some basic oral health care tips that will suit even the busiest routine:

Both our Moranbah and Marian practices are open until 7pm, twice a week.

Moranbah: Monday & Wednesday
Marian: Monday & Thursday

Our Marian practice is also open on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.

Book your dental appointment now using our online booking system!
