Oral Health Basics – Dental Health Week 2017
Make sure you visit your dentist regularly, at least once a year! Regular dental checkups are essential to maintaining good oral health. Dentists can check for problems that you might not see or feel, like early signs of tooth decay and gum disease.
In between dental check-up appointments, you can look after your teeth and prevent diseases by following these 4 simple tips:
- Brush twice a day, using fluoride toothpaste.
- Use floss at least once a day.
- Eat healthily and have less sugary drinks and food.
- Have regular dental check-ups.
