- This promotion is fixed price and aimed at those without dental health insurance. For those with health insurance, full costs must be submitted via hicaps to your insurer, and any relevant discounts will be applied to any gap amount payable. You will pay “no more out of pocket ” than the advertised promotional amount, however: in rare circumstances where your insurer may pay over promotional amount, this is accepted as full payment and no credit or refund is valid on difference as per industry guidelines.
