Repairs & Breakages

It is important that orthodontic appliances are well maintained during the course of treatment. In the event of breakage or loss, an additional cost of $60 per item will be charged for repair or replacement. The first two breakages/repairs are included in your treatment cost, but charges will apply if this is exceeded.

Repair or replacement of broken or lost appliances will incur an additional cost of $600 or more. Additional costs may apply for treatment changes required due to non-compliance with treatment instructions, such as not wearing appliances as directed or missed appointments.
