It is important that orthodontic appliances are well maintained during the course of treatment. In the event of breakage or loss of brackets, arch wires and springs, an additional cost of $60 per item will be charged for its repair or replacement. The first two breakages/repairs are included in your treatment cost, but charges will apply if this is exceeded.
