About Snoring Laser Care

Snoring Laser Care provides NightLase treatment, a laser procedure designed to assist patients who experience snoring or mild sleep-related breathing concerns. The procedure involves applying laser light to specific soft tissues in the mouth and throat to help reduce tissue vibration that may contribute to snoring.

NightLase treatment is non-surgical and does not require anaesthesia. It typically involves several short sessions scheduled over a number of weeks. The suitability of this treatment varies between individuals, and outcomes may differ depending on each patient’s condition and response.

You will be provided with full information about the procedure, its potential benefits, limitations, and any associated risks before deciding on treatment.

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

What is NightLase?

NightLase® uses gentle laser light on soft tissues such as the soft palate, tongue base, and throat. The mild warming effect (around 43–47 °C) may encourage natural collagen tightening, which can help reduce tissue vibration linked to snoring in some patients. Suitability and response vary for each individual.

What does the treatment involve?

The procedure is performed in-chair and usually requires no anaesthetic. Each session is brief, and several appointments are typically recommended. Your dentist will discuss what to expect and whether this option is appropriate for you.

What are the results?

Improvement differs between patients. Some notice changes after a few sessions, while others may need further treatment. Your dentist will explain likely outcomes during consultation.
