Oral health is essential to overall well-being, although sometimes, babies need extra care. That’s where the Mackay Base Hospital Special Care Nursery comes in. This vital unit provides specialised care for premature and sick babies, who need a little extra help to thrive. They cannot do it alone.
This is why the Oral Health & Beyond Collective Team is uniting with the Mackay Base Hospital Special Care Nursery to raise a minimum of $10,000. With your support, we can help ensure that every baby who needs specialised care has access to it. Whether it’s providing state-of-the-art equipment or hiring additional staff, your donation will make a difference.
There are several ways you can support this important cause. You can make a donation through our GoFundMe page, by walking or running to raise awareness and funds. Alternatively, create items we need by crocheting, knitting or sewing that will be provided to the Special Care Nursery for the babies.
