At Oral Health and Beyond, we genuinely care about children’s health and wellbeing. To extend our support for families, we established  KIDS, a Mackay-based service focused on providing comprehensive care for children and their families.

KIDS brings together a team of dental and allied health professionals to assess and manage factors such as breathing, posture, clenching, grinding, and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to create a comfortable, family-friendly environment where each child’s needs can be carefully evaluated and addressed.

We also provide care and guidance for Lip and Tongue Tie Care and treatment, ensuring families receive appropriate information and support to make informed decisions about their child’s care.

KIDS brings together a team of experienced dental and allied health professionals who work collaboratively to support children’s overall health and wellbeing.

Our coordinated approach helps families understand and manage factors that may affect their child’s development, breathing, or oral health. We aim to provide information and guidance that supports informed decisions for both short- and long-term wellbeing.

KIDS has been designed with families in mind, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for children of all ages. Our clinic combines a bright and engaging atmosphere with thoughtfully equipped treatment rooms to help children feel comfortable during their visit.

We’ve included fun, age-appropriate activities such as interactive screens and colourful décor to make the experience more enjoyable for young patients. Our aim is to help children build positive associations with their oral health care from an early age.

The practice also features a Nurture Room, providing a calm and private space for pre- and post-care, including support for Lip and Tongue Tie assessments and treatments where indicated. This area offers additional comfort and privacy for families who may need extra time or quiet following their appointment.
