Oral Health & Beyond Collective operates across Mackay and Moranbah, Queensland, providing general and family-focused oral health care. Our network includes DentalCareXtra for general dentistry, KIDS for children’s oral health, Snoring Laser Care for airway and breathing treatments, and NovoGen for laser-assisted healing.

We provide a wide range of dental and allied health services, including treatments under general anaesthesia where clinically indicated, delivered in collaboration with appropriately qualified professionals.

Since 2013, our practices have supported the Mackay and Isaac regions with evidence-based dental care and a focus on long-term oral and overall health outcomes for patients of all ages.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated dentist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, a patient-centred approach to care, and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental services, including examinations, preventive care, restorations, extractions, and other general and complex procedures.
• Develop, discuss, and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Diagnose and manage a range of dental and oral health conditions.
• Support and mentor junior clinical team members where required.
• Maintain current knowledge of dental techniques, materials, and technologies.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate interest in orthodontic and multidisciplinary care.
• Plan and manage cases involving full-mouth rehabilitation where clinically appropriate.
• Show enthusiasm for learning and applying CAD/CAM technologies.

Requirements:

• Dental degree from a recognised university.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration) without restrictions.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in general dentistry.
